BRUSSELS, Sept 8 (Reuters) - EU regulators will review a bid by bug spray maker SC Johnson to purchase Sara Lee Corp's remaining insecticide business at the request of national watchdogs, the European Commission said on Wednesday. Sara Lee announced the 153.5 million euro ($200 million) deal in June as part of a strategy of focusing on selling food, coffee and tea.

Question: Let's go through the panel, just asking for remarks on your take on what we’ve just heard and also on the Takeover Panel’s consultation document. Matthew, I think it would be very helpful to have the CBI's view generally and in particular why you think this consultation process matters.
